Humanity Founders, Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the FaceGPT mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use FaceGPT. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

When you use FaceGPT, we collect the following information:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and password.
  • User-Provided Content: Images uploaded for AI-powered reverse face search features.
  • Payment Information: Processed securely via Google Play and Apple App Store subscriptions. We do not store your complete payment details.
  • Authentication Data: Managed through Firebase services.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Create and manage user accounts.
  • Enable in-app purchases and subscriptions.
  • Provide AI-powered reverse face search and related app features.
  • Maintain app functionality and security.
  • Comply with legal requirements.

Face Data

Face data is sensitive, and we treat it with the highest level of care.

  • Collection: When you upload an image, we process it to detect a face and generate a numerical representation (“face embedding”). We do not collect or use Apple Face ID/TrueDepth depth data.
  • Use: Face images and embeddings are used only to provide the app’s face search and matching features. They are not used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
  • Storage: Uploaded images and embeddings are stored securely in Firebase Storage (Google Cloud Platform) and processed via Firebase Cloud Functions. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
  • Sharing: We do not sell or share face data with third parties. Data is only processed by Firebase as part of our backend infrastructure.
  • Retention:
  • Uploaded images are automatically deleted after 7 days.
  • Face embeddings tied to your account are retained until you delete them or delete your account. Once deleted, they are removed from Firebase within 7 days.
  • Your Controls: You may delete images or your entire account (including all face data) at any time from the in-app settings.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Firebase (authentication, database, cloud functions).
  • Payment Platforms: Google and Apple for subscriptions and payments.
  • Other Third Parties: Only when required by law or necessary for app functionality (“Others”).

Data Retention & Deletion

  • We retain your personal data while your account is active.
  • Uploaded images are automatically deleted after 7 days.
  • Embeddings and account data are erased from Firebase within 7 days after you delete your account.
  • You may request deletion at any time through the app's Delete Account feature.

International Use

FaceGPT is available worldwide. By using the App outside the United States, you consent to your data being transferred and processed in the U.S. and other countries where we operate.

User Rights

Depending on your region (EU GDPR, California CCPA), you may have additional rights to:

  • Access or request a copy of your data.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing.
  • File complaints with your local data protection authority.

Security

We implement industry-standard measures including:

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (Firebase Storage).
  • Access control via Firebase Authentication.
  • Regular monitoring and security reviews.

Children's Privacy

FaceGPT is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover such data has been collected, we will promptly delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and on our website FaceGPT AI. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
